1. By Train (Recommended)
Take Ranikhet Express (15013), New Delhi-Kathgodam Shatabdi (12040), or Uttarakhand Sampark Kranti (15035) to Kathgodam. From Kathgodam, hop into a direct taxi right outside the station.
2. By Road & Bus
Frequent Volvo / AC buses depart from Anand Vihar ISBT Delhi to Haldwani & Nainital. Private cars follow NH-9 via Moradabad and Rampur.
3. By Air
Nearest airport is Pantnagar (PGH), 70 km away. Alternatively, fly into Indira Gandhi International Airport (DEL) in Delhi and take the train or cab.

Drive route: Delhi → Hapur bypass → Moradabad bypass → Rampur → Bilaspur → Rudrapur → Haldwani → Kathgodam → Bhowali → Kainchi Dham. Excellent 4-lane expressway up to Rampur.
Kathgodam Railway Station to Kainchi Dham
Kathgodam is the nearest railway station. Dedicated taxi counters outside the station provide private cabs (₹1,000 - ₹1,500) or shared cabs (₹100 - ₹150 per seat) directly heading to Almora/Ranikhet passing Kainchi Dham.
Nainital Town to Kainchi Dham
Take the downhill road from Tallital Nainital to Bhowali junction (11 km), then follow the Almora highway downhill for 7 km to reach Kainchi Dham Ashram.
Pantnagar Airport (PGH) to Kainchi Dham
Fly into Pantnagar from New Delhi or Dehradun. Pre-paid airport cabs drive north through Haldwani and Kathgodam straight into the hills.
Bhowali to Kainchi Dham
